Garage for the Future A rental office building adjacent to a residential area near Ogikubo Station in Suginami Ward, Tokyo. We aimed to attract anime and content companies to this building, adopting the concept of a “garage” that nurtures creativity.
Away from the urban clamor, creators ingeniously craft their own base (workspace). The highly transparent facade, formed by diamond-shaped wire mesh, becomes a free canvas with ample space for creativity to emerge. Success starts in the garage.

Garage for the Future 東京杉並区の荻窪駅に近い住宅地に隣接する賃貸オフィスビル。アニメやコンテンツ企業のテナント誘致を目指し、クリエイティビティを育む「ガレージ」をコンセプトに掲げました。都会の喧騒から離れ、仲間と共に自分たちの基地（ワークプレイス）を創意工夫。ひし形金網による透明性の高いファサードが、創造性が入り込む余白のある自由なキャンバスになります。成功はガレージから。
