FUKURACIA Yaesu (Tokyo)

Priority meeting An office in front of Tokyo Station for rental meeting room chain-company "FUKUARACIA". In order to creatively support worldwide participants from a wide range of areas and dense communications with busy executives, we pursued hospitality via staff and spaces, considering the coziness of the spaces, convenience of the location adjacent to Tokyo Station, and the visit duration and sense of speed of the users. "Nature" is a common keyword for all FUKUARACIA offices. For this project, nature was considered as not only greeneries and plants, but also expressions of phenomena such as light, reflections, and movement. We pursued a coziness that is lacking in humdrum meeting rooms.

Priority meeting 貸会議室の「フクラシア」チェーンの東京駅前店舗。国内外・広域から集まるメンバーや、多忙なエグゼクティブとの密度の濃いコミュニケーションをクリエイティブにサポートする為、居心地の良さ、東京駅直近にあることの利便性、ご利用されるお客様の滞在時間や速度感等を考え、スタッフと空間によるホスピタリティの追求をおこなった。フクラシアの全店舗では"自然"というキーワードを常に意識しており、今回は自然を緑や植物と捉えるだけではなく、光や反射、動きなどの現象を表現し、単調な会議室にはない、居心地の良さを目指した。
